Commercial process
Tell us what you are sourcing. We review the product, discuss the requirement and agree the scope before issuing an invoice.
The real question
Country-level advice is easy to find and rarely useful. A category that manufactures well in Vietnam at scale can be a poor fit for your specification, your volume or your delivery window.
So we start with one real SKU or category, and the outcome is a decision rather than a brochure: pursue it, adjust the specification, or leave it alone.
Services
Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins, then invoiced. Nothing is purchased on this website.

How it works

A photo, a link, a drawing or a specification sheet. Whatever you already have is enough to begin.
Manufacturing fit, realistic MOQ, supplier landscape, indicative commercial position and the risks that matter.
We identify manufacturers that genuinely produce the item and qualify them against your requirements.
Quotations are rebuilt on one specification so they compare line by line, then negotiated on your behalf.
Samples, third-party inspection and QC are coordinated as required, through to purchase order and export handover.
Categories

Contract chairs, outdoor furniture and hotel FF&E programmes for distributors, contract buyers and hospitality suppliers.

Kitchenware, storage, natural-material decor and everyday household products for retail and private-label programmes.

Home textiles, hotel linen, backpacks, travel bags and simple promotional products.
Suitability is evaluated product by product. A strong category does not guarantee a strong fit for your specification.

Why Vietnam
Vietnam is worth evaluating for structural reasons, not because of hype. We publish no savings figures, because savings depend entirely on your product, volume and current position.
A single origin carries tariff, logistics and policy exposure that has nothing to do with supplier performance. A second qualified origin reduces that concentration.
Long-standing export production in furniture, home goods and textiles, with factories accustomed to international buyers, documentation and shipping requirements.
Many manufacturers work to buyer specification and support own-brand programmes — relevant for distributors and private-label brands rather than pure trading buyers.
Not every product transfers well. Some categories are thin, some MOQs are high, some specifications are better served elsewhere. We would rather say so early.
Trust
We do not promise the cheapest factory. We look for the right manufacturer for your specification, volume and risk tolerance.
Verification is evidence-based. If a claim is unverified, it is labelled unverified.
Desk due diligence is not a physical inspection, and we never describe one as the other.
Third-party factory inspection and laboratory testing can be arranged separately when required.
If Vietnam does not make commercial sense for your product, we say so and recommend against it.
Send the product you care about most. We will review it and reply with the right next step — including if that next step is not to proceed.
